We respect your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy sets out details of the information that we may collect from you and how we may use that information. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully.

  • 1.1      In this Privacy Policy, references to “we” or “us” are to Bubbly Maths Entertainment, a company based in the UK whose office is at 150 Stapleton Hall Road, London N44QJ, who will be the controller of any personal data processed as described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Use of the Website, our Online Resources, Services and Content

  • This Privacy Policy applies only to your use of our Website Online Forms, Email Enquiries, Online Resources and Content. Partner Institutions who provide the Online Content or other linking sites found on the Website may also gather information and you should consult those other parties’ privacy policies as appropriate and applicable.

 

3. Collection of Information

  • 3.1      When you access the Website via any means, use the Online Forms, Resources and Content, register or book, comment, respond to or participate in any survey or questionnaire sent to you by us, provide, or make a purchase through the Website, or inquire via email or other means, we may collect, store and use certain of your personal information in line with this policy. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with the Website or the Online Forms, Resources and Content.

  • 3.2      To register make a purchase or booking on the Website, we ask for your name and email address. As part of your Customer/School/Organisation profile you may also provide your location and other information that will help us tailor a Bubbly Maths event to suit you/your school/organisation. When you make a purchase, our payment service provider, will also collect and process your credit card or other payment details.

  • 3.3      We may also collect data relating to your visits to the Website that cannot identify you but records your use of our Website and Online Forms, Resources and Content including, for example, details of how long you have used the Website and the links you visited via the website.

  • 3.4      We may also collect your computer’s IP address in order to help us tailor the service to your location.

  • 3.5      Finally, we may receive information about you from third parties who are legally entitled to disclose that information.

 

4. Use of Your Information

  • 4.1      By accessing the Website via any means, using the Online Forms, Resources and Content, registering, enquiring, booking, or posting, providing comments, or making a purchase via the Website, you agree that your personal information may be collected, stored, used and shared by us and our partners, course and content providers, or third parties we work with, for any of the following purposes:

    1. (a) to provide, maintain, protect and improve the quality of the Website and the Online Resources and Content we offer, including by conducting anonymised market research, and to protect us and our users;

    2. (b) to provide you with a personalised browsing experience when using the Website;

    3. (c) to fulfil any contractual agreements between you and us;

(d) if you have made a booking or bought a product, to send you details of our other products and services which we think may interest you, unless you opt out from receiving or emails at anytime. We offer the option to opt-out or unsubscribe at the bottom of every email broadcast we send you.

    6. (f) to manage your Customer profile that you/your school/organisation holds with us;

    7. (g) to allow you to use the full range of features on or via our Website;

    8. (h) to send you booking-specific email notifications and updates about a Bubbly Maths event and Content we will provide for said booking.

    9. (i) to comply with legal and regulatory requirements;

    10. (j) to contact you occasionally in order to invite you to share your opinions and experiences of Bubbly Maths;

    11. (k) to allow other and Maths recourse partner institutions/educators that provide Online Content for you to access.

  • 4.2      We may use your email address to send you notices and updates about our Services, including our monthly newsletter. 

 

5. Storage of Information

  • 5.1      All information is stored on our secure servers.

  • 5.2      In addition, we (or third parties acting on our behalf) may also store or process information that we collect about you in countries outside the European Economic Area, which may have lower standards of data protection. Specifically, servers used by our Website are located in the USA and our third party service providers operate around the world. We have put in place technical and organisational security measures to prevent the loss or unauthorised access of your personal information. However, whilst we have used our best efforts to ensure the security of your data, please be aware that we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the Internet.

  • All Guinness World Record attempts are subject to the Guinness World Records guidelines and policies. Any submission of data for Guinness World Record attempts will be forwarded to Guinness World Records. Every submission must be accompanied by the relevant data release forms provided by Guinness World Records and all photos and films submitted must be suitable for public viewing as they could be published by Guinness World Records, Bubbly Maths Entertainment or our trusted partners.
